AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE
Global Interpreting proudly serves the hearing-impaired community. We are an organizational member of the National Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), and provide American Sign Language services. American Sign Language is defined as the use of hand signals, facial expressions, and body movement to communicate with the deaf. We understand the specialized skills needed to communicate with the hearing impaired, which is why our screening process is second to none as we take into account the many different factors needed to be a successful American Sign Language interpreter.
Our American Sign Language translators are equipped to provide the highest quality of service, while still being reasonably priced. Being an ASL translator is much more challenging compared to language speaking translators. The increased hand movements of ASL translators are the reason why we prefer teams of ASL interpreters, as to alleviate the “wear and tear.”
Our interpreters are specifically trained to address legal, medical and education translation needs. What sets them apart is that they are knowledgeable about the specific nuances and movements that make for effective communication techniques.
